Do I have to connect my bank account?+
No. The account analysis is optional. You can also add companies completely manually and have them notified.
What happens with my data?+
The optional account analysis is used solely to identify your existing business relationships. No payments are made and your data is never sold to third parties. Your new address is only shared with companies you explicitly select.
Can I add companies manually?+
Yes. You can add further companies at any time that weren't detected automatically – such as clubs, doctors or public authorities.
Can I work entirely manually?+
Yes. If you'd rather not use the account analysis, simply pick companies from our list or add them yourself.
Will I still get junk mail at my new address?+
No – unlike with mail forwarding. A mail forwarding order also passes on advertising mail to your new address and reports your move to address brokers. We only inform the companies you approve yourself. Advertisers and address dealers never learn your new address – your letterbox stays clean.
Which contracts can I cancel?+
Contracts you no longer need after moving – like a gym membership, internet provider or insurance – can be cancelled directly from your overview.
